From people who open RytePad every day.
RytePad has completely changed how I organise my day. The combination of tasks and journaling helps me stay focused and reflective.

The search is incredible. I can find any diary note or task from months ago in seconds. It's like having a personal assistant.

I love how secure and private RytePad is. Finally, a productivity app that respects my data while helping me achieve my goals.

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card required: unlimited daily tasks, a private diary, long-term goals, 20 checklists, 20 notes, search and email reminders. Pro ($14.97 a year) adds monthly goals, automatic carry-over of unfinished tasks, unlimited checklists, notes and timers, and text exports.
Your entries, tasks, goals, list items and notes are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before they are stored, sent only over HTTPS, and there is no admin screen that can display your content. Only you, logged in, can read what you wrote.
RytePad is a web app, so it works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. On a phone you get bottom navigation and larger controls. Add rytepad.com to your home screen to open it like an app.
They stay on their day, so you can always see what was planned. Pro users can switch on carry-over: at midnight, anything still pending is copied to the next day, marked D1, D2 and so on, for up to ten days.
Search results (tasks, diary entries, goals, list items or notes) can be exported as a text file on the Pro plan. Shared notes can also be opened as a page you can save or print.
Send us a message through the contact page with the email you signed up with. We upgrade the account by hand, usually within 24 hours, and confirm by email. Online payment is coming.
